8. Users must not attempt to steer conversations toward explicit, abusive or unlawful content.
9. Users must not upload or transmit content that infringes the rights of a third party.
10. Automated scraping, mirroring or bulk extraction of site content is not permitted.
11. Attempting to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service is prohibited.
12. Text, layout, artwork and character writing published here remain the property of Waifuchat AI.
13. Limited personal, non-commercial reading of the pages is permitted; republication is not.
14. Character names, profiles and descriptions may not be reused commercially without written permission.
15. The service is provided on an as-is basis with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
